WHAT IS BUYER RELATIONS?

Through AgWest's premier RPM Program, customers work with their Cash Advisor to develop a marketing plan and identify sales targets to be placed with Buyers of their choice or in their hedge account to be exchanged later.

Specializing in sales target execution, the Buyer Relations Team handles all Buyer communication on behalf of the customer and Cash Advisor.  They also interpret basis and futures spreads trends and help identify short and long term opportunities for Cash Advisors to share with customers.

After multiple years tracking basis values and brokerage activity, Nicole knows first-hand what a few cents on a sale, or the importance of speed in changing markets, can make to a producer’s plan. Her favorite part of working in agriculture is seeing a family work together and in her role on the Buyer Relations Team she will get to put that mentality to work for the benefit of our RPM customers.

Beginning her career at AgWest in 2009, Rylee has helped shape the Buyer Relations Department and accommodate the extensive RPM program’s growth. Her customer service skills combined with degrees in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma State University have enabled her to develop buyer relationships across the Midwest over the past 10 years.  Her background at an agricultural bank also makes her a great asset for AgWest.

With a degree in Ag Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and years of experience in the cooperative and brokerage environment she is equipped to execute our customers’ marketing plans with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.
