Keeping track of AgWest's 50+ employees and getting calls to them all over the Midwest is a big job, but Sandi does it with ease and a friendly smile in her voice when you call. If the hundreds of calls a day aren't enough, she also helps process new accounts and cash transactions. Various customer service positions across multiple industries prepared her well to build strong relationships with our customers.

As AgWest has grown across the Midwest, Reese focuses on communicating our passion to see the producer succeed. With a close eye for detail, hands on experience from their farm and a degree in Ag Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and manages the marketing efforts for the company as well as our extensive events schedule.

The RPM Program is the heart of our company, and Jackie is it's soul! Every marketing plan crosses her desk, and her active involvement in their farm enables her to spot any mistakes. She's also one of our warm greeters when you call the office, managing multiple phone lines among many other things. Her degree in business, and 14 years as an animal pharmaceutical rep, gives her a strong background in quality customer service as well.

McKayla attend Central Community College in Hastings and was honored to be awarded the Ag Business Honor Student of 2021. She is actively involved in the agricultural industry on her family’s farm in Bertrand, Nebraska, where they grow corn and soybeans and raise Black Angus cattle.

Morgan brings customer service experience from the banking and insurance worlds to the AgWest team. A strong background in 4-H and FFA, coupled with ag business degrees, gave her a drive to help the ag producer succeed. She now works to tell agriculture’s story through our social media platforms and marketing efforts.
